Quantum Liability Underwriters covers commercial liability related to the Security Industry which covers part or all of the damages for liability imposed upon you or your business in the event of a claim. It also covers the cost of defending you when a claim is made against you. Without adequate Security Liability coverage, you may have to pay damages and legal costs.

General Public Liability

The Insured is indemnified in respect of General Public Liability for and/or arising out of Injury and/or Property Damage which arises out of the performance of Security duties.

Pollution Liability

The Insured is indemnified in respect of liability for and/or arising out of Injury and/or Damage occurring out of Pollution.

Products Liability

The Insured is indemnified for and/or arising out of Injury and/or Damage against a liability arising out of or in connection with any Product.

Security Claims

The Insured is indemnified in respect of liability for Security Claims arising out of Injury to persons, damage to property on or in the vicinity of the Security Site and in the care, custody or control of the Insured . Wrongful Arrest of persons where the company provides the following Security services:

• Static Guards and Dogs at Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Premises
• The control of access to and exit from Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Premises
• The inspection and confirmation of goods leaving Commercial and Industrial Premises
• The escort of persons or vehicles carrying Valuables/Cash in Transit
• The monitoring of and/ or armed response to Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Premises
• Contracts solely for the protection of specified persons
• Contracts for General Security, Access Control, Parking, Crowd Control and VIP
• Protection Services in respect of individual exhibitions, sports meetings, concerts, conferences and events of a similar nature

Professional Indemnity

The Insured is indemnified for and/or arising out of Injury and/or Damage against liability arising out of Professional Negligence.
